Representing Ivybridge including the western edge of Ugborough Parish
Victor is the County Councillor for the Devon County Council Division of Ivybridge. On the eastern edge, this includes Saxon Gate, North Filham, part of Filham Chase, Middle Filham, Filham and Lucerne Fields.

- Supporting Our Children
Watching for the proposed development of the SEND school; caring about walking, cycling, routes to school and libraries - Maintaining and Improving roads and traffic flow
Seeking budgets for repair & maintenance, removing barriers, supporting safe travel, designing future routes. - Supporting those with challenges
The Library advertises its support for those with hidden disabilities; the Town & District Councils for those with dementia, and the Town plan for Accessible Ivybridge. During the election campaign, he was challenged over the clarity of a script in a writing font - what do you want changed or fixed?.
